Hasko Invest new ownership partner in Adcare Nordic, a leading provider of medical devices

Hasko Invest AB acquires a majority stake in Adcare. Founder Lars Rönnqvist will remain as minority shareholder and will continue to lead the company as CEO after the transaction.

Adcare was founded in 2001 with an overarching vision of delivering cost-effective system solutions that significantly improve healthcare. The company provides medical devices for specialist care in urology, vascular intervention and endoscopy (gastro- and bronchoscopy). Sales are made to hospitals and specialist clinics across the Nordic region. Turnover in 2021/22 amounted to approximately SEK 50 million and the company has grown by about 17 percent per year on average over the past three years. Adjusted operating profit (EBITA) for 2021/2 was approximately SEK 13 million.
