Norscand Technologies Sweden, a leading manufacturer and supplier of spare parts for vintage mopeds, has entered into a partnership with Hasko.

Hasko Invest acquires a majority of the shares in NTS (Norscand Import AB). The current management remains as minority shareholders and will continue to lead the company after the transaction, alongside the founder Patrik Norgren.

For nearly 25 years, NTS has been manufacturing and supplying spare parts for vintage mopeds. Sales are conducted through retailers in 13 markets across Europe, with more than half of the revenue coming from Sweden, followed by Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. The company provides products for over 10 moped brands (e.g., Puch, Honda, Piaggio, and Yamaha) and over 60 models. NTS has become known for its high quality, wide range of products, and excellent availability. The turnover for the most recent fiscal year was 60 million SEK, with an average annual growth of 7 percent over the past ten years.
