Joakim Tengzelius

For most of his career, Joakim has been an entrepreneur working with corporate transactions.

Before Hasko, Joakim co-founded Valentum (today Clearwater Sweden), the largest advisor in corporate transactions of small and medium-sized enterprises in Sweden. During Joakim’s eight years at Valentum, of which three as CEO, the company managed 49 transactions with a combined enterprise value of SEK 20 billion. The customers were primarily successful entrepreneurs but also listed investment companies and leading companies in private equity.

Prior to Valentum, Joakim worked in investment banking in Stockholm and management consulting in London. Joakim was born in southern Sweden but moved to Stockholm to get his Business Degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

When not working, Joakim spends most of his time with his wife Sofi and two sons. Often with a tennis racket or golf club in his hand.
